The foundation stone of 'PRAKASH CHEMICALS'
was laid by the hon'ble hands of Mr. Prakash Chandra Gupta in the year 1986.
He is a successful businessman in the field of Essential Oils. To his credit he also has a
Fractional Distillation Unit and Deep Freezers, which was established in 1995,
later he started manufacturing of high quality Aroma Chemicals and selling them Domestic
and Abroad. Due to his accomplishment the U.P. Government honored him with the
UP Exporter Gold Card.
The proprietor of the firm belongs to Budaun,
the historical district of Uttar Pradesh besides its , the region is known for its rich,
fertile soil which enables the cultivation of Spearmint, Piperita, Basil, Mentha & Citirata
herb. The firm started in a modest scale with limited resources with the passage of time it
has grown to become famous in India & Abroad. Despite, many challenges the firm has achieved
the target of quality products and received overwhelming response & acceptance the world over
as they match International standards.
Its, Pratish Gupta (the present CEO of the
firm) : A bright shining start in the Essential Oils joined the firm in 1995,
with his taking over realm of the business. The company got itself admitted into the list of the
most renowned companies worldwide. Believing that knowledge is power he has to this credit a No.
of diplomas from the top institutions of India like RRL, CIMAP, FFDC etc. Which have proved
beneficial in taking over the R & D activities of the Fractional Distillation.
INFRASTRUCTURE :
HEAD OFFICE
A purchase center-cum-godown, situated in the
heart of city where Farmers, distillers and stockiest came for the sale of their
Essential oils. Our head office is furnished with modern communication
facilities.
FRACTIONAL DISTILLATION UNIT
Our distillation unit is situated in the vicinity of the city in front of the Industrial
Estate at Salarpur Budaun. Moreover the oil charging capacity of our unit is up to 3000 Kg/batch
and to improve the quality of our product we've the 90 feet's column at our unit.
Along with these column, reactions basel, Freezers, Centrifuge, filtering machine, SS storage
tanks and other required equipments are also there. The productivity of Menthol crystals of our
unit is 5000 Kg /month. We can handle any big deal coz. Our product that passes through
stringent and acrimonious quality test have established themselves firmly in India and
abroad.
QUALITY CONTROL CUM R/D UNIT
A computerized gas chromatograph machine with capillary column, Pilot Plant,Polarimeter,
Refractometer, Semi-micro balance and other necessary equipment for testing of essential oil's
quality is installed at our head office. We use such type of methods with which we can extract
valuable compounds from essential oil and we always make the best quality products so that they
can give us a different identity in the field of Essential Oils.
STAFF
The proprietor and his son is already trained from a recognized institute under a course for
quality control system of essential oils. Much sufficient qualified staff workmen are
working under them and they are educated, experienced and skilled as well.
They are sincere and hard working and fully co-operate to improve the identity of
their firm.
TRANSPORT FACILITIES
The firm has its own transport resources and hence fully capable of effecting delivery of
consignments up to destination/port.
SITUATION OF BUDAUN
BUDAUN is a district Head Quarter of western Uttar -Pradesh is the only city,
which can cultivate the crop for Essential Oils in a large measure Moreover.
The periphery and climate besides fertility is best suited for farming and production of
Essential oils Mainly the undermentioned varieties of Essential oils are produced here.
Total quantity products of items are noted against each.
Indigenous Farmers grow their crops of Essential oils after proper
discussion with and suggestions from scientists, Traders and
distillers keeping pace with the economy. On harvesting they bring
their grass by Tractor Trolley to the distillers and get their oil
distilled. They sell the product to the distillers but mostly take
away the product with them to sell it when the market rate suits them
to the Stockiest / Traders / Exporters.
As and when harvesting time knocks the door and distillation starts,
we stock the Essential oils by weight after purchasing it from the
distillers and from farmers as well. In our Godown at market rates
from other farmers too round the year and maintain a good stock at our
end.
SUPPLY MODE
At present we have been supplying Essential oils Aroma Chemicals &
Menthol to abroad, recognized export Houses, traders and directly to
consumers like Pan Masala, Confectionery, Chewing gums etc.
